دیدگاه های صاحب نظران در مورد طراحی و پیاده‌سازی خدمات ترویج کشاورزی تحت وب در ایران

چکیده

این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی دیدگاه ­های صاحب ­نظران در مورد طراحی و پیاده ­سازی خدمات ترویج کشاورزی تحت وب در ایران انجام شد. تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی و جامعه آماری صاحب‌نظران حوزه کشاورزی و مدیران وبگاه­ های فعال در این حوزه بودند که 310 نفر از آنان با شیوه نمونه­گیری طبقه ­ای تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه بود که برای تعیین روایی آن از نظرات کارشناسان استفاده شد و پایایی آن با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد بر اساس نظر پاسخگویان اولویت­بندی فعالیت­ های مورد انتظار یک وب­سایت خدماتی- ترویجی کشاورزی به ترتیب، ارائه خدمات هواشناسی برخط و دقیق همراه با ارائه پیام‌های ترویجی مناسب، بیان مشکلات کشاورزان و پیگیری آن و اطلاع­ رسانی جدیدترین اخبار و معرفی دستاوردهای جدید بوده است. همچنیناولویت­بندی ویژگی­ های ساختاری و ظاهری یک وب­ سایت خدماتی- ترویجی کشاورزی به ترتیب سهولت استفاده از امکانات وب­سایت، قابلیت درک و فهم مطالب و پوشش موضوعی کامل و ارائه اطلاعات جامع و تخصصی بوده است.نتایج مقایسه میانگین نشان داد آن دسته از پاسخگویانی که مدیر وب­ سایت هستند و به ارائه مطالب وب­ سایت به شکل استانی اعتقاد دارند و مشاوره اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه را برای وب­ سایت ضروری می ­دانند، اهمیت ویژگی­ های ساختاری و ظاهری و فعالیت­ های مورد انتظار از یک وب­ سایت خدماتی- ترویجی کشاورزی را بیشتر ارزیابی کرده­ اند. تدوین مطالب و محتوای وب­ سایت بر اساس نیاز مخاطبان هدف و ارائه خدمات آن با اولویت کلیه کشاورزان ایران و با اولویت جوانان و با گستره منطقه­ ای، رایگان و مبتنی بر گفتگوی برخط از جمله پیشنهادهای این مطالعه است.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed to identify experts’ viewpoint toward web-based design and implementation of agricultural extension services in Iran. The methodological approach was a descriptive and survey study. The statistical population of the study consisted of agricultural experts and active website managers in this field, of whom 310 people were randomly selected using the stratified sampling method. The data were collected by Questionnair and its content and face validity was evaluated by experts and its reliability measured using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The results showed that according to the respondents’ view, the prioritized expected activities from an agricultural service-extension website were providing online and accurate meteorological information along with appropriate extension messages, expressing farmers’ problems and dealing with them, providing information regarding latest news and introducing new research achievements. Prioritized structural and appearance properties of an agricultural extension services website were respectively, the easy use of website facilities, comprehensibility and understanding of messages, full subject coverage and offering comprehensive and specialized information. Compare mean results showed that the respondents who were web managers and believed to present the website content through a provincial form and emphasized the necessity of taking the advice of academic members for updating the website, assessed the importance of the structural and appearance properties of and agricultural extension service website with a higher priority. This study recommended developing the website content based on target audience needs and providing its services to all Iranian farmers and rural through a regional, free and online scope.
